1. General Provisions

222tk (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an organization that provides online gaming and betting services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") set out all legal obligations and restrictions applicable to the use of the 222tk platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

New users will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example, depositing ৳5,000 will earn an additional ৳5,000 bonus. This bonus amount will be credited to the bonus wallet.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must place bets equal to 25 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal. For example, for a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳50,000 in bets must be placed.

• Only bets placed using the bonus wallet will count toward wagering calculations.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using false information, or conducting any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• The outcomes of all games are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).

6.2 Betting Limits

7. VIP Program

The 222tk VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on activity and gaming engagement on the platform. Cashback is paid on a set day each week. Cashback is credited directly to the balance and no additional wagering requirements apply.

222tk reserves the right to reduce a user's VIP tier in cases of prolonged inactivity or rule violations.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 222tk platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment accounts.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated bots, software scripts or artificial intelligence.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to infiltrate or hack the platform's software or systems.
• Manipulating game outcomes or colluding with other users.
• Using false identities or documents.
• Deliberately following a betting strategy with the intent to exploit the bonus system.
• Harassing, threatening or attempting to harm other users in any way.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by 222tk

222tk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of false information or fraud.
• Death or legal incapacity of the account holder.
• By order of a government or legal authority.
• Any security-related concern.

9.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please submit a request via live chat or email. Any eligible balance pending withdrawal will be returned before the account is closed, however bonus balance for which wagering requirements have not been met will be considered void.

10. Limitation of Liability
